Yukiko has never been very enthusiastic with their kisses, or with much of anything. He could see perfectly well why, but that didn't make it any more okay with him.
He takes one hand away from her chest and pushes it up into her hair to hold the back of her head, to keep her from pulling away from their kiss. Then, in order to have a bit more fun with her, he pulls sharply on one of the rings and twists it. If she won't reciprocate a kiss with more passion, he can at least enjoy her crying out into his mouth.
